From air to a filled cylinder — a complete line
An oxygen cylinder filling plant separates oxygen from air, raises it to cylinder pressure and charges it into cylinders through a filling manifold. IIGAS supplies the whole line: air-separation unit (ASU) or PSA oxygen generator, gas storage, high-pressure compressor or cryogenic pump, and the cylinder filling station with its manifold and safety devices.
We size each plant to the number of cylinders you need to fill, the purity you require and your site conditions — and we commission it, train your operators and back it with spares.
What an IIGAS filling plant includes
- ✓Air-separation unit (ASU) or PSA oxygen generator for the required purity
- ✓Oxygen / nitrogen / argon storage and buffer
- ✓High-pressure compressors or cryogenic filling pumps
- ✓Cylinder filling manifold with filling points, pigtails and non-return valves

The same plant approach fills nitrogen and argon cylinders, and medical oxygen to Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP) grade. Oxygen service demands scrupulous cleanliness and the right materials throughout; IIGAS engineers every filling plant to NFPA, CGA, EIGA and Indian Standards, drawing on membership of the BIS committees CHD 6 (Industrial Gases) and MED 16 (Gas Cylinders).
