Turnkey acetylene plants, delivered anywhere

We take complete responsibility for every export project: process design, fabrication, packing and shipping, on-site erection, installation, commissioning and operator training. Each plant is engineered to your output and site conditions, and supported with lifetime spares and service.

Our plants generate acetylene from calcium carbide, purify and dry it, compress it, and fill it into dissolved-acetylene (DA) cylinders charged with acetone or DMF over a porous mass — the safe medium for storing and transporting acetylene.

Our plants are engineered to NFPA, CGA, EIGA, ASME and Indian Standards. As members of the Bureau of Indian Standards committees CHD 6 (Industrial Gases) and MED 16 (Gas Cylinders), our plants are built to the codes those committees set. That discipline is what makes a plant safe to export and operate anywhere in the world.
