Hazard identification (GHS)

First-aid measures
Inhalation (asphyxiation): remove the victim to fresh air immediately; rescuers must use self-contained breathing apparatus in oxygen-deficient areas. Give artificial respiration if not breathing and oxygen if breathing is difficult. Get medical help.
Handling & storage
- Ensure adequate ventilation; monitor oxygen levels in confined spaces before entry.
- Store cylinders upright, capped, below 52 °C; segregate full and empty cylinders.
- Move with a cylinder trolley; open valves slowly; keep valves free of oil and grease.
